Megan Leslie
Megan is extremely passionate about improving the quality of life of people around the would through biotechnology. She has been named the A100 one to watch, has led NanoTess to receive the Company of the Year award by the CAN Health network and received the Early Achievement Alumni award by the University of Calgary where she holds two degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Finance. Her professional work experience before NanoTess had focused on designing and implementing enterprise-wide strategy and workforce transformations for Fortune 500 companies through a human-centered design approach and integrating innovative approaches at scale. Megan has worked with members of large enterprise Executive Leadership Teams (C-suite) to achieve alignment and vision for long-term people-centered, Future of Work business strategies. At NanoTess, Megan has led the company to achieve numerous critical milestones. Notably, securing funding 10M+ CAD from federal, provincial, equity investment's and military sources, completing a successful project with the Canadian Department of National Defense, and successfully completing a project in collaboration with the CAN Health Network, Alberta Health Services, and University of Calgary’s W21C research team for NanoTess’ flagship product - NanoSALV Catalytic Advanced Wound Care Treatment Matrix. Leading to savings thousand of lives across Canada with NanoTess Catalytic technology.
