Mac Grenier

Mac holds a degree in Economics from Western University, where he specialized in political economy and behavioural economics. While at Western, he built strong business and leadership skills through his work with the University Students’ Council and the Western Senate.

Before joining CCI, Mac worked at Toronto-based startup Delphic Research, where he took on a range of responsibilities across sales, product, and finance—gaining hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of a growing company. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how strategy, operations, and customer relationships drive growth.

As Manager of Member Success at CCI, Mac draws on this cross-functional background to strengthen member engagement, enhance service delivery, and ensure every interaction creates meaningful value for the CCI community. His analytical mindset, operational versatility, and relationship-focused approach help CCI’s members thrive.
