Devashish Paul
Devashish Paul is the founder and CEO of BluWave-ai, which he established in 2017 and has grown into one of the world's leading renewable energy and transport electrification AI companies. Before BluWave-ai, Devashish spent over 20 years in the semiconductor industry across Canadian startups, TSX-listed companies, and Silicon Valley public firms, building businesses in Europe, Asia, and North America from startup stage to $110 million in annual revenue. He led the High Performance Computing Group in the Open Compute Project and served as an advisory board member for the CERN Open Lab. Devashish holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Royal Military College, a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, and an MBA in Marketing, also from the University of Ottawa. He is a veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force.
Beyond his professional career, Devashish is a 31-time Ironman triathlon finisher, has coached masters athletes to over 100 finishes, served 14 years as a coach with the Kanata Nordic Ski Club, and has represented Canada at 10 world championships — a depth of endurance and commitment that mirrors his approach to building BluWave-ai.
