The Innovation Governance Program (iGP) helps executives, directors and aspiring board leaders build the governance capabilities required to lead high-growth Canadian companies.

Designed for the realities of the innovation economy, iGP focuses on the challenges boards face as companies scale — from managing risk and intangible assets to navigating rapid technological change, global competition and increasingly complex stakeholder expectations.

The program includes three levels of executive education combining expert instruction, peer discussion and practical exercises that participants can apply directly in the boardroom.

Graduates also become part of CCI’s broader governance network, helping strengthen the pool of experienced directors available to Canada’s innovation companies.
