He is a Doctor of Laws Candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School, and holds a Master of Laws, Juris Doctor, and Bachelor of Business Administration. Daniel previously clerked at the Federal Court of Canada, where he spearheaded the Court's Notice and Interim Principles on the Use of AI, Canada’s first judicial regulations on the use of AI.
