David Ossip is Chair and CEO at Dayforce, a recognized global leader in human capital management. A transformational technology leader and serial entrepreneur, David has more than 30 years of experience building and leading successful Human Capital Management (HCM) technology companies. He is the recipient of multiple leadership awards, including Waterstone Human Capital’s Most Admired CEO for Transformational Leadership and Glassdoor’s Highest Rated CEOs. David is an investor, advisor, and mentor in the Canadian business and technology communities. David holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in econometrics and quantitative economics from the University of Toronto.
