Jim Vounassis has been Chief Executive Officer of Pharmascience since January 2026. An experienced leader known for his inspiring approach, he has a solid track record in organizational transformation, business strategy in complex and constantly evolving industries and process optimization.

Jim is already familiar with Pharmascience, having served as Vice President, Global Operations from 2013 to 2015, where he made a significant contribution to the performance and growth of its operations. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the company’s entrepreneurial culture and human values.

Since then, he has held pivotal executive roles, leading large-scale transformations, overseeing the integration of acquisitions, and improving the operational efficiency and profitability of various organizations.
