The Council of Canadian Innovators is thrilled to welcome FutureFit AI as the newest member of our national network of scale-up technology companies.
FutureFit AI, based in Toronto, leverages AI and data to unlock the world's pathways between talent and opportunity. Their AI-powered products empower companies, governments, and workforce development organizations to provide personalized guidance to diverse workers navigating career transitions — supporting them through career planning, reskilling and job placement.
“We’re on a mission to connect workers with career opportunities, at a time when the needs of employers and the labor market are rapidly evolving. In our journey, we’ve seen how important government policy can be to shaping labour markets, and the conditions for growth in the innovation economy,” said Hamoon Ekhtiari, Founder and CEO of FutureFit. “I’m excited to be working with my fellow innovation leaders at CCI to build a better and more innovative Canada.”
FutureFit AI partners with governments and other workforce organizations in Canada, the United States, and increasingly in Europe and around the world to connect hundreds of thousands of individuals to training and employment. As CEO, Hamoon has a background serving as founding director of a leadership academy at one of the world's largest urban innovation hubs, to Director of Strategy and Innovation for a $30B telecom and technology company.
Since 2015, the Council of Canadian Innovators has been Canada’s business council exclusively devoted to high-growth Canadian-headquartered technology companies, working with government leaders to co-develop strategies to unleash our nation’s innovation potential.
“Companies like FutureFit are building important, globally relevant solutions to support businesses and workers. CCI exists to ensure that leaders like Hamoon and his team have the best shot of selling their services around the world and here in Canada, while building a thriving technology company based right here at home,” said CCI President Benjamin Bergen.
