Natasha Southwell is a CPA, CA with over 15 years of experience supporting Canadian small businesses. Throughout her career, she has focused on strengthening financial operations, improving reporting accuracy and clarity, and driving efficiency through strategic process improvements.

Before joining the Council of Canadian Innovators, Natasha held senior management roles at Viral Nation Inc. and Innovation Asset Collective, where she implemented systems that enhanced performance and scalability.

At CCI, Natasha is responsible for implementing and streamlining financial processes to ensure the organization’s finance operations are positioned for sustainable growth and long-term success.
