Emad Rizkalla
Emad is the CEO and Founder of Bluedrop. Emad started Bluedrop in 1992 before graduating with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University. Bluedrop was originally a pretend company set up to meet the requirements of his final design course. Today, that pretend company has spun off several successful global technology companies that employ more than 900 people. The Bluedrop companies employ 1/3 of that total. The company has two key divisions. Its Bluedrop ISM division is recognized as a global innovator in workforce upskilling and supports governments, industry groups, unions, and corporations. It transforms training delivery and credential management for workforces that stretch across many employers. Bluedrop learning technologies help employers and workers threatened by a fast-changing labour market in dozens of countries.
