Deloitte government consultant and data scientist turned AI founder. Joe has always been obsessed with government, solving public problems, and figuring out ways to use technology for the greater good. Joe left Deloitte to start Publicus after experiencing first-hand how challenging government procurement is for every stakeholder involved;the vendors, especially SMEs, as well as the buyers themselves. With a Master's in Analytics / AI from the Ivey Business School, Joe's experience with building ML products prompted him to believe there must be a better way.
