CCI Welcomes ICI Innovations Inc. to Our Network of National Innovators

The Council of Canadian Innovators is pleased to welcome ICI Innovations Inc. and Co-Founder & President Corey Tucker to our national network of high-growth technology companies.

ICI Innovations is a Canadian-owned software company delivering project information management solutions for regulators and project proponents across mining, renewable energy, oil and gas, utilities, transportation, and infrastructure. Its flagship platform, RIVAS, improves how complex project information is organized, shared, and accessed so decisions can move faster without weakening regulatory oversight.

Serving clients across Canada from its headquarters in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador with offices in Halifax and Ottawa, ICI is modernizing how large projects are managed and approved, supporting stronger delivery capacity while maintaining regulatory integrity.

ICI is led by Corey Tucker, who co-founded the company in 2014 with Colin Taylor. Corey brings more than 30 years of international experience in the software industry. Prior to ICI, he served as Vice President at Tamarack Geographic Technologies Limited and spent more than a decade with Esri in Redlands, California, including roles as Program Manager and Lead Product Engineer. He helped lead geoprocessing and analytical capabilities within ArcGIS, supporting teams delivering software used to manage complex, high-stakes operations.
