Gabriella Boulos Promoted to CCI's Vice President of Programming
January 6, 2026
TORONTO, ON – The Council of Canadian Innovators (CCI) today announced the promotion of Gabriella Boulos to Vice President of Programming. In this expanded role, Gabriella will continue to lead CCI’s programs and events, while taking on a broader mandate to grow revenue and extend the reach of CCI’s mission through high-impact programming.
Gabriella has played a central role in building CCI’s program portfolio into a national platform for founders, executives, and policy leaders. She brings a deep understanding of CCI’s culture, brand, and standards, and a track record for executing experiences that reflect the calibre of the companies and leaders CCI represents.
In 2025 alone, Gabriella oversaw dozens of events, delivered CCI’s first event services contract, and launched Cannector, a new executive search service designed to strengthen the leadership bench across Canada’s scale-up economy.
“Gabriella has set the bar for what CCI programming looks like: sharp, founder-focused, and built to deliver real value,” said Patrick Searle, Chief Executive Officer of the Council of Canadian Innovators. “This promotion reflects both the scale of what she has built and the opportunity ahead. Her expanded role will help CCI reach more leaders, strengthen our offerings, and build sustainable revenue that supports long-term impact.”
As Vice President, Programming, Gabriella will continue to ensure that CCI’s events, programs, and experiences, online and in person, meet the high standards associated with the CCI brand.
