Qu Data Centres

Qu Data Centres is a Toronto-based pure-play Canadian data centre company born out of the acquisition of Rogers' data centre business, backed by Canadian investors through InfraRed Capital Partners, a Sun Life company. Operating nine facilities across Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Toronto, and London, ON, Qu serves over 750 enterprise organizations with mission-critical infrastructure spanning government, healthcare, energy, financial services, and more.

In a market where many providers claim Canadian identity while operating under foreign ownership or control, Qu stands apart as one of only a handful of genuinely all-Canadian data centre platforms. Sovereign by design, the company operates entirely on Canadian soil, under Canadian jurisdiction, with 100% Canadian staff and leadership. Its facilities are enabled for high-density and AI workloads, with available capacity and power access at a time when both are increasingly scarce across the industry.

Backed by long-term capital and carrying forward decades of institutional knowledge from its Rogers heritage, Qu is positioned to grow significantly across Canadian enterprise, with a particular focus on larger wholesale customers who require real scale paired with real sovereignty. The company is actively pursuing both commercial and public sector opportunities, and is building its voice in national policy conversations on AI, sovereign infrastructure, and Canadian digital resilience.
