CCI Strengthens Member Support with New Manager of Member Success
November 10, 2025
The Council of Canadian Innovators (CCI) is expanding its member services team to provide even greater value and hands-on support to Canada’s fastest-growing technology companies. As the country’s business council for the 21st century, CCI delivers a full suite of offerings, including policy advocacy, executive education, peer networking, and strategic advisory services that help innovators scale and compete globally.
To strengthen this work, CCI is pleased to welcome Mac Grenier as Manager of Member Success. In this new role, Mac will help deepen engagement across CCI’s national membership, ensuring that every company in the network has the tools, opportunities, and support they need to thrive.
“Supporting Canadian innovators means understanding the realities they face every day, from talent and capital challenges to scaling across markets,” said Patrick Searle, Vice President of Corporate Affairs. “Mac brings an excellent mix of analytical skill and startup experience that will help our members get even more value out of their CCI membership.”
Mac joins CCI after serving as an operator at Delphic Research, a Toronto-based startup where he contributed to sales, product, and finance operations, gaining a firsthand understanding of how high-growth companies manage complexity and drive sustainable growth. A graduate of Western University with a degree in Economics, specializing in political economy and behavioural economics, Mac also honed his leadership and organizational skills through roles on the University Students’ Council and Western Senate.
“I’m particularly excited to be joining CCI, as my past experiences have given me firsthand insight into the challenges that growing companies face,” said Mac Grenier, Manager of Member Success. “CCI’s mission to address these issues domestically and retain Canadian innovation and talent is essential to ensuring our country remains competitive on the global stage.”
As CCI’s network continues to grow, the organization remains committed to investing in its capacity to serve members, ensuring they have access to the right expertise, connections, and opportunities to scale. Mac’s addition to the team strengthens that commitment and reinforces CCI’s role as a trusted partner to Canada’s most ambitious innovators.
ABOUT THE COUNCIL
Founded in 2015 by Canada’s most successful technology CEOs, CCI aims to amplify their voices in the public policy development process around innovation, countering the dominance of foreign multinationals and other entities not focused on Canadian economic growth. CCI’s CEOs lead Canadian-based innovation firms in sectors such as Healthtech, Cleantech, Fintech, Cyber, and ICT, driving commercialization of intellectual property, generating jobs and wealth, making investments, and engaging in philanthropy. We advocate on their behalf for government strategies that increase their access to skilled talent, strategic capital, and new customers, as well as expanded freedom to operate for their global pursuits of scale.
