Vancouver-based robotics leader Novarc Technologiesis the newest member of the Council of Canadian Innovators.
Based in Vancouver, Novarc specializes in building welding robots that pioneered a first-of-its-kind application for pipe welding that improves efficiency and quality.

Soroush is the CEO and Co-Founder of Novarc Technologies. With more than 15 years of experience in the commercialization and product development of industrial automation, Soroush has focued on collaborative robotics, machine vision, machine learning and welding. He holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of British Columbia and is a professional engineer as well as a CFA charterholder.
